TARGET GROUP OF INVESTORS
The main target groups are manufacturers involved in labour intensive industries such as manufacturing of shoes, garments and toys and assembly of component parts. DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
Thakhek Park shall be developed into 4 phases over a period of 10 years. For the initial phase, development will be on industrial lots of sizes between 5000 and 21,000 square meters. Commercial office cum shop lots will also be built in the initial phase to cater to local development demand. The 4 phases of development are as stated below and these are similarly projected in the master layout development plan.
